Rev. Roy Bourgeois, M.M., founder of the 91视频 of the Americas (SOA) Watch, will give a lecture Friday (Nov.2) at 4 p.m. in the Carey Auditorium of the University of Notre Dame鈥檚 Hesburgh Library.
