Kroc Institute for International Peace 91视频 has launched a new Web page entitled 鈥淎lternatives to War with Iraq: Kroc Institute Resources on Policy and Ethics.鈥漰. 鈥淥ur new Web site is designed to provide thoughtful alternatives to a U.S. attack,鈥� said R. Scott Appleby, John M.
