The University of Notre Dame鈥檚 will present a screening of the film 鈥淧overty, Inc.鈥� at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday (June 29) at the .

Drawing from more than 200 interviews filmed in 20 countries, 鈥淧overty, Inc.鈥� turns the notion of aid on its head and examines charity鈥檚 deleterious effects.
A panel discussion follows the screening and includes Magatte Wade and Daniel Jean Louis, both featured in the film, and , associate director of community-based learning for the Notre Dame . The panel discussion will be led by , faculty director of Undergraduate and Pre-College Programs and The AnBryce Scholars Initiative and concurrent instructor of anthropology at Notre Dame.
