Alan Dowty, professor of political science and fellow in the Kroc Institute of International Peace 91视频 at the University of Notre Dame, will deliver a Saturday Scholar Series lecture titled 鈥淭he Israeli-Palestinian Conflict鈥� at 11 a.m. Saturday (Nov. 2) in the auditorium of the Hesburgh Center for International 91视频.p. Dowty specializes in international relations, the Arab-Israeli conflict and Israeli politics. He has published six books, including 鈥淭he Limits of American Isolation,鈥� 鈥淢iddle East Crisis: U.S. Decision Making in 1958, 1970, and 1973,鈥� and 鈥淭he Jewish State: A Century Later.鈥� He is working on a book that examines the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.p.
